So I obviously need a job when I move to KY and I wasn't to keen on looking (I mean what person actually does enjoy job searching?). What's really pathetic is that I don't even "have" to look the Army will set you up with a "recruiter" type person who basically emails you job postings and all you have to do is apply to them! Simple right? Its just I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job/company I work for currently and I really don't want to leave and when I don't want to face the inevitable I procrastinate like its my first name!
Well this week I decide to apply for an HR Position and just see what would happen. Our original plan was to wait until we got settled for me to find a job since my husband would be off for 30 days after we arrived in KY. However, this job seemed VERY similar to what I would be doing now...so I thought to myself if it was meant to be then I would get the job before we move and that would be it if not then I would stick to the plan.
Well I sent my resume on Tuesday, got a call back Wednesday scheduled a phone interview Friday and a "face to face interview" Sunday at 10am before going to a Cincinnati Reds game...oh dear this should be fun right?
We shall see...
